1. What We Collect

ChefOps AI collects only what is needed to power your dashboards:

  • Invoice text and uploaded invoice files
  • Vendor pricing entered or parsed from invoices
  • Daily revenue entries
  • Account information (email, property name, role, and basic profile fields you provide)

2. How Long We Store It — 90-Day Auto-Purge

All user-entered operational data is retained on a 90-day rolling window. After 90 days, the data is automatically purged from the platform. This auto-purge is a designed feature of the platform, not just a policy commitment — older data is removed by the system regardless of any manual action.

3. Who We Share It With — Nobody

ChefOps AI does not sell, share, or disclose user data to any third party under any circumstances. There is no third-party data sharing, no advertising network, no analytics resale, and no data brokerage — ever.

4. Your Rights Under the CCPA

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the following rights:

  • Right to know what personal information we have collected about you.
  • Right to delete personal information we have collected from you.
  • Right to opt out of sale of personal information. ChefOps AI does not sell personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@chefops.ai.

5. Data Requests Contact

All data access, deletion, and privacy-related requests should be sent to privacy@chefops.ai. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and authenticated database access for all user data.
